CMS Magnet School Lottery

In order to attend our school, each student must enter the CMS School Choice Lottery. More information on the lottery and other magnet schools in CMS can be found at cmschoice.org 

CMS School Choice Lottery Key Dates- 

Be sure you are enrolled in CMS. Open Enrollment begins Nov. 9th. If you are a current CMS student, you are enrolled. 

Nov. 30th- Dec. 13th- Round 1 Lottery

Jan. 25- Feb. 5th- Round 2 Lottery

• Student ID

• Student PIN

• Ensure that your address is correct and updated in our system

iMeck students have guaranteed bus transportation for students living in the Green transportation zone as well as the Vance High School transportation portion of the Violet zone!

Reassignment/Transfers

If you are wanting to enroll outside of the magnet lottery period, or would like to transfer schools at the semester change, you can do that through CMS' Reassignment/Transfer Application.
