The Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics courses provide a rigorous foundation in advanced mathematics. It aims to develop a student's ability to think logically and independently, apply mathematical knowledge to model real-world situations, and communicate mathematical arguments clearly.
Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics is a series of two courses, AS and A level.
Both the AS and the A level course are broken down into two components: Probability and Statistics and Pure Mathematics
Both the AS and A level courses are considered college level courses with students getting the chance for college credit depending on how well they score on the final exams in the spring.
Students can choose to take the AS level course or the pair in successive years. Students must be successful in the AS course in order to move to the A level.
