Líder en mí

The Leader in Me is the leadership platform that we use to help navigate our Falcon scholars into becoming a more effective, goal oriented, and successful learner. The 7 habits instilled creates opportunities for our students to be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, how to think win-win, seek first to understand and then to be understood, synergize, and constantly sharpening the saw. In an effort to construct this parent guide to a successful transition to middle school, we will follow the 7 habits and apply them to this guide.
