Northwest's very first Festival In The Parking Lot is an event where students, parents, and other members of the community can browse and sell art, baked goods, and other unique products. The proceeds made from sale of the parking spots will go towards a scholarship to be presented to a Northwest student who has displayed stellar leadership and community outreach qualities.
