About Me

Greetings! Welcome to Culinary Arts and Hospitality and/or Hospitality and Tourism Management.  I have a Master's of Arts in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's of Science in Human Sciences with a concentration in Foods and Nutrition.  I am a  ServSafe Food Protection Manager and a Positive Discipline Parenting Educator. My favorite color is blue.  I enjoy cooking, planting, and listening to music.  I have a daughter age 28, a son age 22, and a son age 20.  I am a firm believer of not telling people your dreams but to show them.  Let's make it a great year, Go NORTH!!
