🛄OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
MeckPathways provides high school and college students an opportunity to gain professional work experience that connects their classroom experiences and potential career choices. The goal of the program is to provide a variety of opportunities for students to learn about public service professions. The 2026 program runs from June 11- August 7. Participants will work between 20-40 hours per week and have access to County recreation centers and parks.
This initiative offers youth between the ages of 16-18 access to paid internships, pre-employment training, and exposure to professional workplaces.
This free, six-week program offers personal and professional development to prepare participants for careers in the homebuilding industry.

Youth Development Training Program

This session will help you build valuable skills for any internship or professional setting. Participaton will also earn you points towards your MYEP application when you apply.
Please note: Attending this session does not guarentee acceptance into the internship program.
RSVP is required (only students can RSVP with their CMS credentials).
Summer employment program must be 16 years old by April 15.
