Requalification for the 2026-2027 school year has started.
EITs: October 26th-November 20th
MCLs: September 14h-October 16th
*The MCL window has closed. MCL applicants will now need to apply to the February talent pool*
To maintain the integrity of the Teacher Leader Pathway program, all teacher leaders must demonstrate their continued effectiveness by completing the requalification process. To remain in the talent pool, teacher leaders must requalify every three years, at the beginning of their third year.
