Represent and solve multiplication and division problems using relationships and multiplication and division properties to solve within 100. Students will also complete two-step word problems using addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Students will interpret patterns on a hundreds board and multiplication board to understand the relationship across operations.
Use place value and properties of operations to add and subtract multi-digit numbers.
Students begin to understand fractions as numbers. Students interpret fractions with denominators including 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
Solve Problems Involving Measurement And Estimation Of Intervals Of Time, Liquid Volumes, And Masses Of Objects. Students understand the concept of area and perimeter. Students interpret data.
Reason With Shapes And Their Attributes. Students work with triangles and quadrilaterals.
