SCALE internship program
SCALE interns will explore the world of digital, social media, and traditional marketing. Students will have the opportunity to learn from our team of professionals, as well as community leaders.
Throughout the program students will access a robust network of relationships both within our dealership and outside in our community.
The result of successful completion of SCALE will transfer directly to workforce employment and/or post-secondary education.

Program Overview
Our Goal: To introduce students to entrepreneurship through the barbering profession using practical experience and leadership development.
Duration: One weekend per month, for the school year.
Participant Criteria
GPA Requirement: Must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
Attendance Requirement: Cannot miss more than 10 days per semester in high school. Students will not be allowed to participate on Friday or Saturday if school was not attended on Friday.
Application Requirement: Student must submit a letter or video of interest, a letter of recommendation (from school/faculty member), tour the academy with a parent/guardian, and sign a commitment letter.

The program provides high school students access to clinical and nonclinical work-based learning opportunities at Novant Health.Career Focus Areas: Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Medical Group and more!

The Next Gen Apprenticeship is a volunteer program where students are able to work inside our museums and have the opportunity to build critical thinking skills and gain knowledge of science and education while working closely with museum professionals.
We have two volunteer cohorts each year- one during the school year (October - April) and one in the summer (June-August). Our fall cohort applications are open now through September 23rd at 5pm.
We provide career opportunities for local high school students. We offer hands-on training for specific jobs in advanced manufacturing. Each Apprenticeship 2000 company is a manufacturing company.
In addition to the hands-on training, our apprentices earn an AAS degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology from CPCC. When apprentices graduate, they receive a Journeyworker’s Certificate from the State of North Carolina and the USDOL.
There are no contracts to join our program!
