Important Forms:

Early release/Late arrival (Left) & Midyear/3 year graduation Contract (Right)

**These must be printed and signed with a pen then scanned and emailed or brought to your assigned counselor. If you need a paper copy, please go to Student Services.

**For the Midyear/3 year graduation contract, you must also write a 1-2 paragraph essay explaining why you want to graduate early and what your plans are after graduation. This can be typed or hand-written but must be turned in with the application.

Please note: Seniors who wish to have early release, must turn their contract in to their counselor by the end of the first 5 days of the semester. There will be no exceptions. Please listen to the announcements, Parent Square, Reminds, and ConnectEds for information regarding early release contracts.
