BOY Needs Assessment

Beverly Woods Elementary Families Helping Families (BWEFHF) supports CMS staff who work at BWE and families with children who attend BWE, by providing food assistance. Response to this survey is confidential from others, only the members of the Beverly Woods Student Support Team will have access. Please complete this survey to indicate your need for food assistance in October of 2023. We want to help as many staff and families as possible who have a current need.
