An email will be sent to you within 48hrs on the status of your application!
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2.0 Cumulative GPA
2. Must be a rising Senior, Junior, or Sophomore (MUST have valid driver's license)
3. No recent disciplinary action or infraction
4. No financial obligation to the school or outstanding parking fines
Parking Application will be reviewed as they come in. Applications are reviewed for accuracy and that they meet eligibility requirements to include minimum of 2.0 GPA, no recent disciplinary action / infractions, or financial obligations to Butler HS.
After you apply, wait for an email that will give you the status of your application (if it's approved or disapproved). If approved, additional information will be given on how to make online payment and parking permit pick-up.
New Transfers to Butler for SY 25-26 – new students can submit their application online upon enrollment (must have student id). You will need to Contact Lieutenant Colonel Siebert prior to submission.
Replacement Permits – students must submit a new “replacement permit application” and pay $10 fee to obtain a new permit if they are replacing a vehicle that was currently registered (must turn in old permit). you must obtain a replacement permit prior to parking in the student lot or you will be fined/booted.
Temporary Passes – you must already have an approved parking permit before you can obtain a temporary pass for another vehicle due to maintenance (maximum 5 days). You must obtain a temporary pass prior to parking in the student lot or you will be fined/booted. See the JROTC department for details
