Ms. Minick is a Charlotte native who has worked in both high school and higher education as a Career Advisor and Teacher for the last 10 years. She attended the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate degree, and Winthrop University shortly thereafter. She is a lifelong Gamecock fan, loves concerts, trying new recipes, and attempting to keep plants alive. Ms. Minick and her wife Jamey live in the NoDa area with their two pets, Winston and Toulouse. Ms. Minick has a passion for helping students discover their abilities, build self-confidence while working towards their educational and career goals, and strives to empower all learners to contribute to their community in a meaningful way.
