About Mrs. Auten
Hi! I'm Lindsey Auten, a second grade teacher at Dilworth! I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and grew up in CMS schools. I attended Wingate University and graduated in 2014 with a Masters in Elementary Education. After college, I moved to Wilmington, North Carolina to start my teaching career. I have taught 4th grade, 3rd grade, and 2nd grade. I was previously a 2nd grade teacher at Sedgefield and now I LOVE being a Dilworth Dragon! I love to spend my free time walking my dogs, curled up with a good book, baking some sweet treats, working out and exercising, and spending time with friends and family. I'm looking forward to a great year at Dilworth Elementary!
