Students will become familiar with the Elements and Principles of Art by connecting it to their personality, culture, community, and/or experiences. My goal for the students is that they will learn the skills needed to create beautiful and successful works of art. They will create art using pen, graphite, paint, and (if accessible) clay. They will becoming knowledgeable on both 2-D and 3-D processes. Art can be a grade that is earn through participation, creativity, and meeting goals.

Rules:
1) Respect one another. Respect and use the art materials as instructed.
2) Clean up after yourself.
3) No talking during instruction.
4) Stay in your seat.
5) Cell phone must stay in your locker. Never should be a cell phone is my class.
6) Put your work away, or as instructed.
7) Limit your time at the sink.
8) Always come into class with material needed to be successful.
9) No Loud, or Excessive Talking
Expectations: All students are expected to come into class with all materials needed. A warm up will be presented on the board as soon as the bell rings students are expected to be working silently at their assigned seats on the warm up. After the warm up further instructions will be given. During demonstrations it is vital that all students are paying attention and staying quiet. The way the room is set up talking and noises echo, students in the back would not be able to hear me.
