Welcome to Art!
Throughout the course of the semester, we will be learning about Visual Arts through studio assignments such as drawing, painting, printmaking, design, and sculpture. We will also be discussing ideas related to art history, criticism, and aesthetics.
Supplies you will need everyday:
a pencil (not pen!)
a notebook/sketchbook/folder with paper
an eraser (Magic Rub brand is the best!)
I'm from Charlotte and graduated from Ardrey Kell High School! I attended SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) to pursue my passion for a career in art. This will be my third year at Piedmont! Before teaching and joining Piedmont in 2021, I worked in Social Media Management and Graphic Design. I love painting, ceramics, hiking, gardening and spending time with my dog, Opie.
