NC045 GOALS FOR 2023-2024
Cadet Goals
Cadets will obtain an outstanding unit with merit inspection rating. Through maintaining high uniform standards, cadet morale, participation in corps events and keeping corps work organized, while showing ownership in the program.
Cadets will participate and lead four major corps events such as Dining-Out/Ins, Commanders Calls, Award Ceremonies, End of Years Cadet Celebrations, etc. by June 2024
School Goals
The Awareness Presentation Team (APT) will coordinate with three feeder schools for recruiting efforts, and increase enrollment 5-10% by spring of 2024 for the 2024-25 school year.
Cadets will participate and or assist in at least four (4) co-curricular school events, for example, color guard, open house, etc. Public affairs will publish a quarterly newsletter to showcase accomplishments and involvement through school activities and programs. All activities will promote cadet retention.
Community Goals
All cadets will serve and document a minimum team average of 12 hours of community service by April 2024.
Cadets will participate in various events such as canned food drives, highway/campus beautification, parking, etc, to help support our community.
AFJROTC Cadet Creed
