The session was delivered by Venerable Phra Ajahn Krich Nimmalo, a senior meditation teacher of the Thai Forest tradition with over 37 years of dedicated monastic practice.
The talk explored how attention functions in daily life, the causes of mental restlessness, and practical methods to cultivate calmness under pressure.
The session witnessed active participation, with over 300 participants benefiting from the insights and experiential guidance shared during the program.
