I am Dr. Asokan Duai, MBA, PhD, (M.S.), with two decades of experience in academic business subjects, including teaching analytics, and in the industry, with experience in banking, digital publishing, and marketing. My PhD thesis titled 'Impact of Social Networking on Purchase Decisions' was awarded by Anna University, India. I have worked in colleges affiliated with Madras University, Anna University, VTU University, Davangere University, Maharashtra University, and in Uttar Pradesh. Teaching is my passion, and I am committed to serving the student community. I authored national and international articles in peer-reviewed journals. Peer reviewer of Springer Nature, American Journal of Business, African Journal of Marketing and African Journal of Business Management. Technical and behavioral competencies include the ability to work independently and in team environments, proficiency in SPSS, Amos, PLS, Tex, Latex, Analytic software’s and Microsoft Office applications, self-motivation, continuous improvement, and adaptation. I am certified by the Association of Mutual Fund and Insurance Regulation of India. I have visited Malaysia, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium on various occasions. I have received numerous awards and recognitions for my academic achievements, including the Best Faculty Award from the International Scientist Awards for Engineering, Science & Medicine, passing the Google certification exam for Digital Marketing, participating in the Professional Development Workshop on Digital Creativity Skills, participating in the National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission training program. I have also been a mentor for the Hackathon-Artificial Intelligence Application in Agriculture and Healthcare program, participated in a National webinar on Research Paper Publication in Scopus Indexed Journals, and participated in an International FDP programs. I have also applied for a Seminar Grant from the National Commission and published a book on the impact of sustainability metrics on the environment, society, and economics. Additionally, I have participated in various international events and publications, including the International FDP program organized by various colleges and universities.
