Mentor–Mentee Program  2021- 22

Mentor Institute: CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT)

The Mentor–Mentee Scheme 2023–24, initiated by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) in collaboration with AICTE, is a flagship initiative designed to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems across higher education institutions in India.

Under this program, CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) was recognized as a Mentor Institution, entrusted with guiding and supporting emerging and developing institutions to build robust Institution’s Innovation Councils (IICs) and foster a culture of innovation.

CMRIT conducted multiple orientation programs, expert talks, and capacity-building activities, along with regular quarterly progress review meetings to monitor and guide mentee institutions effectively. These efforts contributed significantly to enhancing innovation culture, student engagement, and institutional performance.
