Experience:

Having more than 13 years of teaching and research experience. Previously worked at Jagadish Seth School of Management, Bengaluru and other reputed institutes like Rourkela Institute of Management Studies, Rourkela, ICFAI National College, Bhubaneswar and IIPM-School of Management, Kansbahal as an Asst. Prof – Marketing.

Dealing with subjects such as Services Marketing, Retail Management, Product & Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Integrated Marketing Communication.

Research Interests:

Having a flair for research in the areas of Multi-dimensional decision making, Service Marketing, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Consumer Behaviour and other related areas of marketing. Have published around thirteen research papers in various international and national journals and conferences.

o Attended one day workshop on “Soft Computing Techniques and its Application in Research” organised by Rourkela Institute of Management Studies, Rourkela on 23 Sep, 2017.

o Attended 60 days of Faculty Training Programme held at ICFAI Zonal Office in Kolkata. o Attended a Short Term Training Programme on Design of Experiments: An Optimisation Tool (DOEOT-2013) held at Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela from 27 Dec-29 Dec.2013.
