Profile

M. Poorani, Ph.D., in Information & Communication Engineering is a strong academician and is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science and Engineering at CMR Institute of Technology. She received her Ph. D in Information & Communication Engineering, at the Department of Electronics Engineering, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai.She positioned as Junior Research Fellow for the project under DST-NRDMS grant titled "Intelligent Remote Health Monitoring System in Sensor Cloud Environment (IRHMSSCE)". She did her M.E Communication & Networking at MIT Campus, Anna University. She has received best paper award for her research work and her publications are in SCI, Scopus Index Journals. She is an active reviewer in Journals including Springer, IGI Global etc. She is a certified Innovation Ambassador from MoE's Innovation Cell & AICTE. She has given many Invited Talks in various Institutions.
