This course is offered by VTU as an elective for students under marketing specialization in 4th semester under the 2020 Scheme. The course introduces students to the world of Digital Marketing. The course covers the fundamentals of e-marketing, marketing plans for e-businesses, strategies for e-marketing. The course also introduces Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, PPC and other digital marketing tools. The objective of the course is to make students understand the important concepts related to e-marketing, to make them learn the use of different electronic media for designing marketing activities and to acquaint the students with the latest techniques of digital and social media marketing.
