Creating a Virtual Machine: Configure and deploy a virtual machine with specific CPU and memory requirements in Google Cloud 

• Instructions for Record (B2 batch):
  Write an intro about VM family and types in Google cloud. Describe how to interpret the machine types, eg. c2-highcpu-4 means?

• Give a tabular column comparing around 5 different types of VM

• Paste screenshots of VM creation (from dashboard, after you ssh into it, and the info about the vm from console).

•  Write the procedure for VM creation and deletion.
