Research in recent times, has assumed greater significance in terms of providing logical and workable solutions to problems which are new and unprecedented. Effective legal research is extremely necessary in creating effective policies in addressing such situations. Furthermore, in view of the growing popularity of an inter-disciplinary approach towards the subject, the seminar intends to examine the impact of research on the process of formulation, analysis and interpretation of the law. School of Legal Studies, proposes to organise this seminar in an effort to provide a forum for students and academicians from across the country an opportunity to discover multifarious facets of legal research, and to identify appropriate methodologies to conduct quality research in the field of law. Discussions on the subject with extensive and intense participation of academicians and experts will motivate the participants and drive them towards research. The objective of this seminar is also to well verse the researchers with the emerging developments and changes in legal research and its methodology. The seminar is scheduled to be conducted on 6th of February, 2021.
