Advanced Placement Information

Application Deadline Extended!

The application for Advanced Placement Courses for the 2022-2023 school year has been extended until Tuesday June 21, 2022. In addition, AP Psychology has been added as an option for rising 11th and 12th grade students. Please take time to review the application today with your parents and/or guardians to choose the course(s) that is right for you. Please remember that the application is only accessible using CMIT South credentials. However, it is an expectation that all students review their choices with a parent or guardian. If you've already applied, you can log back in to make changes.

Who's Eligible?

Qualified applicants for the 2022-2023 academic year must be:

  • school-aged students in grades four (4) through college (age 26)

  • carry at least a 2.5 GPA (cumulative) or equivalent

  • reside in or stem from a single-parent household in the following Maryland counties: Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Charles, Baltimore, Montgomery, and Baltimore City

  • meet household income qualifications

  • submit a completed application
