Welcome to the Crofton Meadows Elementary School (CMES) Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) website. Here you will find all the information you need to support our organization, teachers, staff, and – most importantly – the students that attend CMES.
Stay Up To Date
Join our PTO Facebook Group. We post all our events, flyers, and PTO announcements to the Facebook page as they happen. It’s a great place to be in the know!
Attend our Board Meetings. They are the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Meetings are virtual (via Google Meet) and start at 7:30pm. Information about these meetings will be posted on Facebook, announced in the Weekly Wrap-up email from the school, and on our events calendar.
Join the PTO. Being a member keeps you informed about all our activities, It also allows you to vote on the PTO budget and vote for elected officers. Plus, we open up After School Club registration one day early to our members.
Get Involved
There are several events occurring throughout the school year. We highly encourage you to attend and possibly volunteer for them. An overview of these events and a full calendar can be found at our Events page. Current volunteer opportunities are on our Signup Genius page.
Become a Board Member
Each year, open positions are posted in February/March with voting occurring in May. Curious about what we do? Check out the Board Members page to find role descriptions. If you or anyone you know is interested in serving on the board, please feel free to let us know at officers@cmespto.org.
Shop and Earn $$$ for CMES
Mabel’s Labels – Be sure to select “Crofton Meadows Elementary School PTO (Crofton)” when purchasing and Mabel’s Labels will return a portion of the sales back to the CMES PTO.
Shop To Give - In addition to being our new membership platform, Givebacks is also a fundraising platform with something they call Shop To Give. This allows you to link a credit or debit card to your Givebacks account. Anytime you pay with that linked card, the affiliated merchant will automatically donate to the CMES PTO. You can even install an add-on for your browser to do this seamlessly as you shop online. This includes big retailers like CVS, Walmart, Sam's Club, Chewy, and Sephora. But it also includes several local restaurants like The Greene Turtle, Eggspectation, Mi Casita, Smokey Bones, and more!
