GRADING

Students will receive grades in English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Related Arts each nine weeks. 

Cumulative grades and individual assignment grades in every subject can be viewed online at any time using PowerSchool. Progress Reports will be available once mid-quarter.  Report Cards will be available at the end of each nine-week period. 

 Weighted Grades:

Assessments = 50% of final grade

Classwork = 40% of final grade

Homework = 10% of final grade

All CMCSS schools use the following grading scale:

A = 100 - 90%

B = 89 - 80%

C = 79 - 70%

D = 69 - 60%

F = 59 - 0
