School Orientation

PRIDE-School Orientation is part of your induction program.

It is a six hour site-based in-service that will take place on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Each school site hosts a session. Your Site-Based Induction Specialist will lead you through purposeful activities designed to acclimate you to your particular school and clearly explain school specific expectations.

You will register for the class in PLAN. Each school has its own class listed, so look for the section title that begins with PRIDE-School Orientation followed by your school name.

For teachers hired after the start of the school year, your Site-Based Induction Specialist will provide a condensed version of the class containing all of the necessary information relevant to your time of hire. You will be awarded in-service credit equal to the amount of time of the session(s).
