NCAA Eligibility

NCAA Eligibility Information

The NCAA Clearinghouse recommends that prospective student/athletes register during their sophomore year of high school. Student-athletes choose from two account types. A certification account is required for students going to NCAA Division I or II Schools and has a registration fee of $90. If you plan to compete at a Division III school or are currently unsure which division you want to compete, create a free Profile Page. If at any time you wish to pursue a Division I or II path, you will be able to transition to a Certification Account.

In order to gain eligibility you must send ALL of your SAT and/or ACT scores directly to the NCAA Clearinghouse. On the SAT and ACT registration form, you must select code 9999 (NCAA Clearinghouse) as one of the destinations for your score to be sent. High Schools can no longer send the NCAA Clearinghouse these scores.
