Hello Stars,

I am Ms. Thompson and I will be your Reading and Social Studies teacher this year. This is my 1st year teaching 5th grade at Hazelwood and I am looking forward to the new adventures the year will bring. 

I was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. I moved to Clarksville in June of 2013. I earned my bachelor's degree from Thee Jackson State University.

I am a mom of 2, 1 boy and 1 girl. When we aren't at school, we enjoy traveling, international and domestic, shopping, eating out at different restaurants, and visiting family back home in MS.
