Kirkwood Boys’ Basketball

Thank you for your interest in joining the Kirkwood Boys’ Basketball Team!

Tryouts will be held on Wednesday, September 27th, Thursday, September 28th, and Friday, September 29th.  Tryouts will be from 2:30-4:00.  RIDES MUST BE HERE AT 4:00.  PLAYERS WHO ARE LATE BEING PICKED UP MAY BE ASKED NOT TO RETURN!

Before you can tryout you must turn in the following forms to Coach Koewler in Room C203.

•       Sports Physical- Dated after April 15th

•       Concussion Form

•       Cardiac Arrest Form

•       Parent Permission Slip 

This form serves as the parent permission slip and must be signed and returned with the other forms.  The other required forms are located on our school website--go to the Cobra Athletics Icon and then click on Parent/Athletic Forms.
