Use the website to explore all of the programs and clubs we offer. The meeting days and sponsors are listed on each program’s page.

Then, use the forms below to sign up for clubs and academic assistance.

Students may sign up for a maximum of one club and one academic assistance program. You do not have to sign up for both. However, students who need academic assistance should still be able to participate in an extracurricular club.

Please only sign up for academic assistance if your student needs it, as space is limited.

Please note that space is limited for all clubs and programs. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and additional students will be placed on a waitlist.

Important: Filling out a form does not guarantee your student a spot in a group. You will receive an email from Ms. Hoffman (aimee.hoffman@cmcss.net) either welcoming your student to a group or notifying you that they have been placed on the waitlist.

The first week for clubs and programs will begin September 21, 2026.

Please do not allow students to stay after school unless you are sure they have transportation home.
