Use the website to explore all of the programs and clubs we offer. The meeting days and sponsors are listed on each program’s page.

Then, use the form below to sign up for clubs and academic assistance.

At this time, students will automatically be added to the waitlist for the clubs, but if there is space, they will be offered a spot.

Please note that space is limited for all clubs and programs. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and additional students will be placed on a waitlist.

Important: Filling out a form does not guarantee your student a spot in a group. You will receive an email from Ms. Hoffman (aimee.hoffman@cmcss.net) either welcoming your student to a group or notifying you that they have been placed on the waitlist.

The first week for clubs and programs will begin September 21, 2026.

Please do not allow students to stay after school unless you are sure they have transportation home.
