This program is designed to give students the opportunity to enrich their education according to their interests as well as receive help with their school work and organizational skills.

Students who participate in the program will report immediately to the theater at dismissal on their club days. They will bring all their belongings, and if they need their computers for their clubs, they will bring it with them. Band students should pick up their instruments before coming to the theater. When students enter the theater, they should find a seat in their assigned section and listen for announcements to sign in and get snacks. When their sponsor arrives, they will be dismissed to go to their club location.

We want all students involved with the program to feel safe and supported after school. This program is a privilege, so major behavioral issues could result in removal from the program.

Student Pick Up

BUS TRANSPORTATION  WILL NOT BE OFFERED at this time.

Transportation starts at 4:15 p.m. and ends at 4:30 PM on the day or days your student stays.  If unable to provide Car Rider pickup for any one day, please let your student know to go home at the normal 2:10 dismissal time on those days.  He or she will still be considered a participant and will not be dropped from the AFSP.  

If a parent is late due to an emergency, they will pick up their student in the front office. They will need to present their driver's license at that time. If a student is picked up late more than three times, they may be dismissed from the After School Program.

Your child will need car rider transportation by 4:30 p.m. This is one line running through the bus parking lot.  

DO NOT PARK IN A PARKING PLACE; YOUR CHILD WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO STAY ON THE SIDEWALK UNTIL HIS OR HER RIDE IS IN LINE. REMEMBER,  WE WANT EVERYONE SAFE GETTING TO THE CARS.
