The following vendors have expressed an unwillingness in the past to work with our Legal Team on making amendments to their Terms & Conditions. Unless they state they are now willing to make the necessary changes, any contracts from these vendors will be denied.

Available Cooperative Contracts
Available Cooperative Contracts
Contracts in the table below that list CMCSS as the Co-op are required contracts. You must use these contracts for the goods/services listed.
When using a cooperative contract, your quote must reference the cooperative contract number. (eg: TIPS Contract # _____)
Once you have a quote based on a cooperative contract, you must include both the contract number and the quote number on the Purchase Order. (eg: TIPS Contract # ______, Quote # ______) If entering your PO in MUNIS, enter this information in the General Notes field, and also select "Print on PO".
When making a purchase using a TIPS cooperative contract, please reference the TIPS Member PO Process. Send a copy of the PO and Quote both to: TIPSPO@TIPS-USA.COM and the vendor.
