• At every prompt, just say one word - "representative."  

• After 3-5 times, a representative will come on the line.

• Tell the rep you need a benefit estimate and an appointment for counseling, then provide them:

• your retirement date 

• the name and birth date of your beneficiary

IMPORTANT NOTE - Only the treasury department can provide future payout amounts, to include details about amounts payable for each of the 6 survivor payout options.
