TSSAA  Paperwork (Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association)

Before you can play a sport the TSSAA says you must get a sports' physical. This is also called a PPE (Preparticipation Physical Evaluation). The PPE promotes the health and well-being of athletes as they train and compete. 

Once the paperwork is completed and signed by a doctor, you may then turn it into your coach. If the paperwork is incomplete, it will be handed back and your student will not be able to practice or compete until it is completed.
