Registration

To register, please complete the following steps by July 21st:

For all attendees:

1. Google form for all attendees (including remote)

For in-person attendees only:

2. SLAC lab site access (detailed guide)

   1. • Open the SLAC site access link

      • Select "Conference Attendee" (do NOT select "Visitor"!)

      • Select CMB-S4 Collaboration as the Event/Conference Attending

      • Fill out personal information. Note that non-US citizens will have to attach passport/visa information and a CV. Here's guidance on how to format the CV.

      • Continue, fill out the next page and submit

      • You will receive a confirmation email when your access is approved by the SLAC site security manager

3. Registration fee: $99 for senior members, $60 for students/postdocs (remote attendees do not pay)
