“Hong Kong Delicacies"
Hong Kong is a renowned food paradise, where a variety of Chinese and international cuisines can be found. From high-end Michelin star dining to humble street stalls, people can taste different dishes according to their preferences and budget.
To truly experience our city, you must try our iconic street snacks. For example, curry fish balls and egg waffles are local favourites found at humble stalls. They are not only affordable but also represent our unique "on-the-go" culture.
On the other hand, if you prefer a traditional meal, dim sum is a must-try. You can enjoy delicate shrimp dumplings in a lively teahouse. These flavours truly define Hong Kong’s identity as a culinary hub.
