The Clyde Local Stock Show will be held on December 13, 2025 beginning at 8:00 am at the Clyde High School Ag Barn.

This show is available to all Clyde FFA or 4-H members that reside in the Clyde District or any students that attend Clyde ISD.  All participating steers, sheep, goats, and hogs must fill out weights on entry cards obtained from the Ag Department.  

All entry cards will be due by Tuesday, December 9 at 4:00 PM.  Animals can be weighed anytime during the week prior to the show at the Ag Barn or elsewhere.  Any animal under question on weight or classification on the day of the show could be subject to reweigh or reclassification.  For heifers, birth dates should be submitted on the entry cards. In the rabbit division, California and New Zealands will be classified as White.  All other breeds will be classified as color.  Breeding rabbits will also be specified on the entry card by gender. You are not required to keep your livestock at the barn overnight, but you are welcome to. Pens  will be available upon request on Friday, December 13 (based upon availability).  For this show, clipping is not required. However, if your personal desire is to clip, you may do so.  Absolutely no washing or clipping will be allowed at the Ag Barn after Thursday, December 12.

There will be food concessions and a silent auction available at the show provided by the Clyde Junior Livestock  Association. The money will go towards  the county livestock sale for the premium purchase of students' animals. Please come support the youth.
