Term 4 already! I hope you had a restful and enjoyable Half Term.

PE will be on Wednesday this term - please wear kit on this day.

Overview for Term 4

Important info:
- PE kit days are Wednesday and Friday.
- Trumpet lessons will continue on Wednesdays so please bring trumpets on this day.
- All of Year 4/5 will be together for Enrichment this year. Terms 3 and 4 will be swimming which will start on the 16th January (week 2)
- Please read below in Homework about Doodle Maths - expectations are changing slightly

Homework 

• Weekly homework will be set on Fridays. These tasks will be due in the following Thursday. This ensures that I have time to look over and mark before setting new homework the following day. 

• Doodle Maths - engagement is dropping a bit so I will ask that children try their hardest to be in the Green Zone by Thursdays when homework is handed in. If they have not completed any Doodle Maths in the week previous when I check it, they will be required to do some during their lunchtime on Thursdays.

• Reading: we suggest reading with your child as often as you can - it really does make all the difference! Please ensure that your child brings their reading book to school with them each day. 

• Homework grid: the grid for T3&4 will be available on this class page and also in the front of homework books.
