"I'm a micro business owner and mum to a 10 year old and I just celebrated my big half century birthday!
My friend had told me about Kelly and Club Synergy a few months ago, I liked the sound of the walk 'n' talks and accountability through this. I had a chat with Kelly and she told me about MYFM! I was intrigued - I'd done the couch to 5k a few years ago then stopped running and tried it again this year but found it really hard..and gave up. My hips were sore and I just wasn't feeling it! I'd put some weight on over lockdown and it just felt too hard - and I felt self conscious.
So..I signed up for MYFM and I completed it - and most importantly I enjoyed it! Without giving too much away - by the time I was due to start running I really wanted to. Kelly and Bob changed my mindset and saying that starting off very slowly is absolutely fine! And that running and walking is a thing that athletes use!
The support available through this programme is amazing - it's very personal and Kelly is really listening to you and getting you to think about why you are doing this.
I'm now out Jeffing 3 times a week and enjoying it! So..if I can do it..you can too."

"Running is such a great way to clear my head, get fit and see the outdoors. I now run regularly thanks to Kelly’s guidance and Club Synergy’s focus on accountability, fun, and getting things done. I’d encourage anyone to try it!"

You've got this, and I've got you...
I adore running, the freedom and head space it awards me. I love the sense of achievement that comes from a "good" run and the lessons that the "bad" runs bring.
Running has made a huge difference to my life and work and I can't wait to share the experience with you.
