With morning, evening and live workouts, there is always something on the available for everyone. For anyone unable to make it in time for our live classes, you also have the option of our on-demand service. With classes being uploaded daily, simply choose your workout and do it in your own time.
WALK FIT is a low impact group fitness walking class with a difference. It is all based around walking and marching, but done in an extremely creative and uncomplicated way. We use simple fun choreography to different music styles. It's AMAZING and a great way to clock up those steps and promote a positive mindset by releasing those “ feel good “ hormones that will help boost your mood and get each day off to a positive start.
