Summer Fun
Cubs Club is a summer program offered by Concordia Lutheran School. This day camp provides fun activities to engage kids throughout the summer! Register for one week or all nine! We would love to have your child spend their summer with us.
Cubs Club is open to all children in our community. As an affiliate of Concordia Lutheran Church and School, Cubs Club is based in and will incorporate the beliefs of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Fees
Registration Fee- $40/child
This includes saving your student's spot for the registered dates and a t-shirt that can be worn on field trips! In order to ensure a t-shirt, registration MUST be completed by May 15. Any registrations received after that CANNOT guarantee a shirt.
Weekly Fee- $145/child, $240/ 2 children of the same household
The fee will cover two snacks per day, all needed materials and supplies, field trips and special projects.
Forth of July Week- $105/child
Daily Fee- $40
If you do not need your child to attend all week, we will charge a daily fee. The daily fee remains the same even if you have multiple students attending.
We will charge based on the best deal if your child does not attend the full week whether that be the weekly fee or the daily fee.
Extended Care Fee- $1.50/30 min/child
Schedule changes should be communicated to Ms. Harmon, in writing, via email, Fast Direct, or text the Friday before the week of the changed schedule. If changes are not communicated, a fee may be charged due to cost of expected attendance. If a child is registered for a week and does not attend any day that week, a $40 fee will be charged if the cancelation is not communicated, in writing, to Ms. Harmon.

General Information
The program is available to all children who will be 5 by August 1 through those entering 6th grade.
Camp runs from 8:15-3:15.
Doors are open until 9:00 AM. Student must arrive by that time to enter the building. If this will be a problem, contact Ms. Harmon.
On field trip days, in order to ensure students make it in time for the bus, they MUST be checked in by 9:00. If scheduled to leave at 9:00, the bus WILL leave at 9:00. If your child arrives later, we cannot ensure the bus will still be here.

Athletic shoes should be worn everyday!
MEALS AND SNACKS
Breakfast is included as part of fees, served 7:40-8:00.

Your child may also bring a packed lunch if they would like.
FIELD TRIPS
Wear camp t-shirts on Tuesdays.
Thursdays are usually water days. Check the weekly newsletter (in the newsletter tab) to confirm for the week. Campers should wear their swim suit under their clothes and have sunscreen applied to be ready.
If sandals are being worn to the splash pad, please pack athletic shoes to be changed.
Thursdays, please be sure to pack extra clothes to be changed into after returning from the splash pad (shirt, shorts, socks, and underwear).
WHAT TO BRING DAILY
Change of clothes
Quiet time supplies, Could include:
Pillow
Blanket
Book
Packed Lunch (if not eating hot lunch)
Snacks will be provided
Everything kids bring should fit in ONE bag
NO toys from home should be brought
NO technology should be brought, if something is brought, it should be turned into Ms. Harmon at arrival and picked up when leaving. This includes phones, smartwatches, tablets/iPads, etc.
