Welcome to the 2017 innovation challenge !
CLS aims to encourage innovation, free up energies and creativity and to give you the opportunity to express and develop yourself within the company
The 2017 Innovation challenge is a key component of the new CLS
Prize: 5000 € (gross) for the winner (or the winning team) and wonderful T Shirts :-) The winning project will be accompanied by the Mission Innovation (MI) Team for the development of its project.
The rules of the contest:
- Open to employees of CLS and subsidiaries, alone or in a team (one employee participates once)
- Your project can be a new marketable product/service or an improvement of internal CLS group processes
- The project must be exploitable in one year (POC stage or better) and have a valuable market potential or productivity gains
- The project must respect the values and vision of CLS (no food truck please ;-)
How to participate?
- Alone or as a team, submit your idea / project to mission-innovation@cls.fr. The format is completely free but the rules must guide you
- Make a presentation of your idea/project in front of the MI Team which will help you to endorse it
- It will then be published on the Innovation Mission website for public comments from CLS employees
- "Pitch" your idea during one the innovation day organised by CLS
- You can improve your idea until the deadline
