Important Dates

Cast Optional pre-audition workshop: Thursday, September 3 at 7:20AM  in Room 25

Cast Online signups: Wed., Sept. 2 at 8:00 AM through Friday, Sept. 4 at 5:30 PM

Cast Auditions for 4th grade and 5th grade last names A-M, plus all cheerleaders: Tuesday, Sept. 8 from 4:00-5:00PM  in Room 25                                                      *please be in the Clovis Ave lot by 5:00 for pickup

Cast Auditions for 5th grade last names N-Z and 6th grade: Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 4:00-5:00PM  in Room 25

*please be in the Clovis Ave lot by 5:00 for pickup

Cast Save the date for possible callbacks:  Friday, Sept. 11 at 7:15 AM in Room 25

*Your child will be notified by 2:45 on Thu. Sept. 10 if he or she is needed at callbacks*

Cast list posted: Monday, September 14 at 5 PM, at both ends of the upper grade building

First rehearsal (all cast, no crew): Tuesday, Sept. 15  from 4:00-5:30 in the MPR ALL CAST

Most rehearsals: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:30 – see schedule (will be sent later) for more details

Crew Online signups: Wed. Sept. 16 at 4:00 PM through Fri., Sept. 18 at 5:30 PM 

Crew Paper application due: Friday, September 18 by 2:45 outside Room 25. 

Crew Required meeting: Monday, September 21 at 10:20 recess in Room 25

Cast and Crew parent meeting: Tuesday, September 22 at 5:30PM in the MPR

Crew Required meeting: Monday, Oct. 19 at 10:20 recess in Room 25

Backstage Crew begins attending rehearsals: Tuesday, Oct. 20

Dress rehearsal for all cast and backstage crew: Tuesday, Nov. 10 and Thursday, Nov. 12 4:00-5:30 (no conflicts allowed)

Dress rehearsal for all cast, house, and cleanup crew: Thursday, Nov. 12 4:00-5:30 (no conflicts allowed)

School day performances for students only (all cast and backstage crew): November 16 and 17 NO CONFLICTS 

Evening performances for families (all cast and all crew): November 18 and 19 NO CONFLICTS
