About me:

Hi, I'm Mrs. Stowell! This is my second year teaching at Boris, and I’m so excited to be part of this amazing school community. Last year, I taught a 3rd/4th grade combination class and absolutely loved it!

I’m married to a wonderful man named Luke, and we’re thrilled to be expecting our first baby this November! We also have a playful Australian Shepherd named Luna who keeps us on our toes.

I grew up right here in Clovis, California, and attended Dry Creek Elementary, Alta Sierra Intermediate, Buchanan High School, and Fresno State. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as an Instructional Aide in the Special Education program at Buchanan High School and had the privilege of substituting across a variety of grade levels.

In my free time, I enjoy running, camping, snowboarding, surfing at the lake, and riding my dirt bike in the Mojave Desert. I'm looking forward to an exciting and rewarding school year!
