Hello There.....

My name is Robin Hillman and I was born and raised in Clovis, CA. As the youngest of my family. I was brought up in the country where we raised sheep, cows, pigs, chicken, and goats. I was an avid member of the Renegades 4-H club where I was given opportunities to show animals at the Fresno Fair. I have a big family, and my husband and I have a beautiful daughter named Vivian! I love my family very much and consider Red Bank a part of my family, too!

As a student, I attended Red Bank Elementary, Clark Intermediate, and Clovis High School. In school I flourished in Theater Arts, Student Council, and Dance. The dance studio was my second home. I have been dancing for as long as I can remember, specializing in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip-hop, and musical theater. My grandma was my biggest inspiration for dance; the passion for dance runs in the family. I was captivated with Drama and am proud to say that I won a Danny award at Clark and Clovis High. After high school I auditioned to dance for Disneyland, and was thrilled when I was casted as the White Rabbit in the Electrical Light Parade. I played other various characters, too such as: Pluto, Eeyore, Rafiki, Mr. Smee, and Buzz Lightyear. I had the time of my life working at Disneyland. I also appeared in commercials for ABC and skits on MTV.

After working for Disney, I decided to move home and dig into my education. I attended Fresno City College (AA), California State University Fresno (BA in Liberal Studies), and National University (Teaching Credential & Masters in Best Practices). After college I met my awesome husband who was also a Clovis High Cougar and I am so thankful for him every day! While I was in college I taught dance full time at Clovis Academy of Dance, teaching their teen and senior competitive teams. I have won choreography awards as well as Creative Concept awards across the nation and my dancers have been titled National Champions two years in a row. I also coached the Clovis High School pep squad and have choreographed for both their game pep and competition pep. Having said all that, I am the Drama director for our upper elementary students and the director for our new primary show choir here at Red Bank.

I am elated to have the chance to make a difference in your child's life. I am a hard working, caring individual who has the tools and enthusiasm to help your child exceed their goals and expectations. I am equipped with the ability to serve each student with their individual needs. I believe that each kid deserves a fair break and that EVERY child can learn, and has the right to an outstanding education. I am an avid believer that Winners never Quit, and Quitters NEVER win. I know that all of my students can be winners and I promise to do my absolute best to help mold them into the best citizen, student, and person they can be. Go Bobcats!!!
