About Me

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! 

I was born and raised in Clovis and attended Mickey Cox Elementary, Clark Intermediate, and Clovis High School. I graduated from CHS in 2007 and then attended UCLA until 2011. After graduating college I moved to New York City and spent five years teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Then in the summer of 2016 I moved back to Clovis and started working at Clark. This is my 7th year at Clark and 12th year in education

In both English and History my goal is to inspire kids to be curious, think independently, understand other points of view, and express themselves well.
