About the Teacher

Hello! I am Ms. Jawhar (Jo-har). This is my fourth year at Boris, and it is my third year teaching fourth grade. My first year, I taught first grade. I am thrilled to teach fourth grade again this year!  In my free time, I really enjoy watching soccer, anything coffee, and quality time. I have coached volleyball and basketball in previous years. With my Masters in Curriculum  and Instruction and my additional English credential, I am looking forward to helping all students reach their highest academic potential as well as feeling safe, cared for, and being able to encourage each child to be the best that they can be! I can't wait to meet you all!
